1. Services Provided

 

We offer:

Pet Sitting (including farm care) 

Babysitting 

House Sitting 

 

All services are provided with professionalism, care, and attention to your family’s unique needs.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings must be made via email, website, or direct message.

A deposit may be requested to secure any bookings, at anytime.

Payment is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Holiday bookings canceled within 3 days before service, will not be charged a cancellation fee.

No refunds are issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and smooth service, clients agree to:

- Provide accurate information about children, pets, and household needs

- Share emergency contact info and any relevant medical details

- Ensure pets are safe to handle (non-aggressive, up-to-date on vaccinations)

- Provide access to the home (keys, codes, etc.) before the scheduled visit

- Supply necessary items (diapers, food, leashes, litter, etc.)

5. Sitter Responsibilities

The Ladybug Sitter agrees to:

- Arrive on time and communicate clearly about scheduling

- Schedule and show up to a meet-and-greet for any household where pets will be present

- Follow instructions provided by the client

- Respect your home and property, 

- Provide attentive, loving, and responsible care

- Contact you immediately in case of emergency or concern

6. Holiday & Add-On Fees

Holiday bookings are subject to a +15% fee

Households with over 3 children are subject to a $5/hr/child fee for any additional children - this fee will max out at $40/day/child

Last-minute bookings (inside 48 hours) may include a $5–$10 rush fee

A gas fee will be applied to any location outside of the 10 mile radius

Travel and outings may incur additional charges (discussed in advance)

7. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

The Ladybug Sitter reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if:

- The environment is unsafe

- There is evidence of illness in children or aggression from pets

- Expectations differ significantly from the agreed terms

- There have been any significant issues on multiple occasions (i.e. not paying on time, arriving late, insufficient amount of supplies, etc.)

8. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure safety, The Ladybug Sitter is not liable for:

- Accidental injury or illness to pets or children during care

- Property damage caused by pets or children

- Unforeseen events beyond my control (e.g., severe weather, accidents)

9. Confidentiality

All personal information, access codes, and care details are kept strictly confidential. I strive to respect your privacy and your space.
